Commission disclosure
How configured platform commissions are estimated, shown, and recorded.
1. Commission presentation
When a commission schedule is active, VNTAR calculates and displays an estimate during order review based on the configured rule, order quantity, and price information then available. The final charge is recorded with the order and activity history after broker execution data is reconciled.
A commission may be configured on a per-share basis, with any approved minimum or maximum. The active schedule, exceptions, and effective dates are controlled by authorized administrators and must be reviewed with compliance before use.
2. Other charges
The VNTAR commission is separate from brokerage, exchange, regulatory, transfer, and other third-party charges that may apply. A displayed estimate is not a complete representation of every possible charge associated with an account or transaction.
VNTAR does not characterize a service as commission-free when a commission is enabled or when that description would be inaccurate or incomplete. Fees can change where allowed by applicable agreements and law, with appropriate notice where required.
3. Questions and records
Review each order confirmation and account activity entry. If you believe a charge was calculated or displayed incorrectly, open a support case with the order reference, date, and a short description. Our team can investigate the platform record and coordinate with the brokerage provider when appropriate.
